You can return your purchase by filling the form or writing an email to customercare@audes.com within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the items.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packaging), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to due diligence, without signs of wear or dirt.
